This policy explains how smilesys Inc. ("smilesys", "we") handles information on smilesys.com. It covers this website only. Software we provide to clients, such as ASIS for U™, is covered by the agreements and privacy policies of the client that uses it.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, company, what you're interested in, your message and the times that suit you for a call. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, set up a call and discuss your project. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Website chat and AI assistant

Our website chat may be answered by an AI assistant. What you type in the chat is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. We don't keep chat conversations on our website, and the assistant can't see anything else about you. If you choose "Send this chat to the team", the conversation and the details you enter are emailed to us so we can reply. Please don't share passwords, payment details or confidential information in the chat.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If an online booking calendar is shown on the contact page, it's provided by Cal.com, which may set its own cookies when you use it.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our email, such as our web host and email provider, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our business conversations, then delete them.
